DIY Moss Bowl
File this one under a save vs. splurge. While we love Restoration Hardware/ want to move in there/ live for everything they create, it's not always in budget, ya know? We've been eyeing the moss bowls they have on every table in the store for months. We went shopping this week for our We Shop Wednesday and, quite literally, got to the bottom of how they create them. Here's all you need:
- a bowl, vessel, or container
-preserved moss
-grocery sacks (the plastic kind - see, we're so eco-friendly over here)
Cluster the grocery bags into balls the size of a small rotisserie chicken (if you watched the WSW stories, you understand that it was just the first thing that came to my mind). Add them to your bowl, top with moss, give them a quick spritz of water and you are done! It took all of 10 minutes from start to finish and we are thrilled with the results!
