Homemade Marshmallows

We were recently overwhelmed with snow in Nashville, and of course, we immediately made ALL the hot chocolate because, really, is there anything better? In typical Lollie fashion, we didn't use regular marshmallows. She decided to make homemade marshmallows! It's a recipe from Ina Garten and, despite the fact that it's a bit time consuming, is quite easy. We paired them with peppermint hot chocolate from Williams Sonoma (our favorite), and a white chocolate-rimmed mug dipped in peppermint pieces. It was pretty next level...
