Irish Coffee

March 17th, the day when everything turns green! We couldn't pass up an opportunity to make another colorful sugar rim. Instead of hot chocolate, this time we filled the mug with Irish coffee! 

To create a colorful rim like this one, we melted white chocolate candy melts in the microwave (a double-boiler will also work). We then rolled the top of the mug in the white chocolate (more is more here). We completed the rim by rolling the rim in a plate of sprinkles. It's quick, easy, and makes quite the statement!
