Taco Tuesday!

 

If we haven't made it clear yet, there's nothing we love more than a party with a theme. With summer rapidly approaching, we've got Taco Tuesday on the brain. We also love to celebrate Cinco de Mayo because, well, it's Boo's birthday! We hope you'll have a margarita with us as we lay out all the items you need for a colorful fiesta! 

 

 

 

For starters, a good fiesta starts with margaritas! We've saved several of our favorites on instagram, so head over there for inspo. You aren't going to want to miss our new margarita glass napkins to serve with them. 

 

 

For each place setting, we grabbed these plates from Target (alternating between pink and orange) setting them with our double taco tray. We also used our small iron vases as individual chip bowls (we incorporated more of these throughout filled with fruit and succulents) and our wooden bowls as a home for soft tortillas. As an alternative option, we love using the wooden bowls as chip bowls as well. Each place had a different color cloth napkin tied with our leather napkin rings that also double as tea light holders.

 

 

 

 

 

We used our large iron vase as the home for guacamole by placing a smaller bowl inside making it sit at the top (instead of filled the entire thing with guac). 

 

 

Let's talk centerpieces...

 

Not only could you use the large iron vase, we also have this leather wrapped vase that we filled with daisies for a colorful focal point. Line it with our multi taco trays for the ultimate show stopper. 

 

 

 

 

For the main course, we love serving all the taco necessities together on our wooden tray (we're envisioning a passed supper, so pass the taco tray around, everyone has their choice of taco shells, soft tortillas, and chips at their seat). 

 

 

Don't forget the rest of the house! While we love maxing out a table, we found these Salsa & Guac tea towels that would make the perfect complement to your bar cart, margarita station, or kitchen! We also made another centerpiece option by wrapping it around a potted plant. Don't forget that these also make ideal hostess gifts! 

 

 

 

And finally, we found this pom pom mini bag that we couldn't wait to share with you! It holds just enough, but not too much. It's perfect for an evening out or a quick trip to the store. Happy Taco Tuesday!
