Teriyaki Bowls
Our Mother's Day lunch looked a little different than years past. We opted to go with Asian fusion by adding teriyaki bowls to the menu. This teriyaki sauce was really the hero ingredient. We marinated the chicken in it and reserved some to use as a sauce on top of the bowls. We grilled the chicken and pineapple, roasted some veggies, microwaved some edamame, and added raw cashews on top! It's so simple and easy. Here's what you need:
chicken
pineapple
rice
broccoli / red pepper/ carrots (roasted)
edamame (we buy frozen)
raw cashews
