Valentine's Day Charcuterie Board

What's a good dinner party without a charcuterie board as the appetizer? We decided to take our Valentine's (or Galentine's) Day spread up a notch by using a heart-shaped cookie cutter to remove the center section of a brie cheese wheel. It's easy, makes a statement, and doesn't waste anything as the center heart is still a part of our board. We double-stacked salami cut in circles and rolled them to emulate roses. I'd call it a success!
